The Best Things to Do in Benidorm

Benidorm’s main attractions are its two long beaches, five theme, water and animal parks, and the shows at Benidorm Palace. Beyond the resort there are boat trips, jeep safaris, golf and mountain walks.

Benidorm is all about having fun. Doing things that are different. Doing stuff that makes the difference.

If your idea of activity is lying flat out on a sunbed, with the occasional dip in the Med, ningún problema. With two world-class beaches in Levante and Poniente, both stretching out for miles, and little Mal Pas snuggled in between the two behemoths, you are in Playa de Heaven!

But if you are looking for things to do in Benidorm. Things to make your holiday experience a one to remember, well, the list is endless.

Sitting just outside of town, in the shadow of the famous Puig Campana mountain, there are two Nicklaus Design golf courses, one of Spain’s top theme parks in Terra Mitica, an animal and zoo experience, Terra Natura, and a fabulous waves and water setting, Aqua Natura.

Back in Benidorm, the original water park, Aqualandia, is situated alongside Mundomar, with its famous Dolphin Show. Naturally, with the Mediterranean on your doorstep, there are watersports from Jet Skiing to Boat Trips and Parasailing.

Into motorsport? Book yourself onto a Jungle Buggy Tour or a Jeep Safari. Try the famous Downhill Bike Ride or a more gentle Horse Trek through the mountains behind Villajoyosa.

If you are interested in seeing more of the area there are organised tours to the region’s stunning towns and villages, local markets and must-see landmarks.

For the more adventurous, you can head for the mountains where you will find some of Costa Blanca’s premier climbing and hiking as well as breathtaking cycle routes.
