Benidorm

''You can check out any time you like. But you can never leave.''

The Eagles

Where good Becomes great

Yes, of course, we all know Benidorm was once a small fishing village before man on a mission, Mayor Pedro Zaragoza Orts, jumped on a Vespa and sped to Madrid for a chat about the bikini with General Franco.

The rest is history, as they say. Back to the present and it’s almost beyond belief to witness the legacy. Benidorm, a world leader in mass tourism, now done sustainably, and with style.

Hotels have been improved, hospitality enhanced and the tourist offer getting better by the year. It is no surprise that we Brits keep coming back for more.

If you want to have fun in the sun, there is no better place. Hundreds of bars, fabulous food, entertainment by the hour and the best stretch of sand anywhere in Spain. Theme parks, water parks. Golf courses, horse riding. Climbing, hiking, sailing and cycling. And Tío Ximo Cove for a little bit of snorkelling. Peacock Island, Tabarca Island. Tapas Alley, The Strip, The Square, the number 10 bus to get to Albir. Casinos and Palaces, Pride and Pink. Benidorm Old Town and Rincón, Levante beach for a drink.

Benidorm, like no other. Waiting for you to be the next Beni Lover.
