The drink is always flowing in Benidorm and there are countless places to enjoy the eternal pleasure of sipping a beverage under a warm Spanish sun.

John Smiths or Madrí? Prosecco or Cava? Sangria or Tinto de Verano? Choosing your tipple might be a lot easier than actually deciding where to have it.

The B in Benidorm could plausibly stand for Bars. There are hundreds of bars in Benidorm, all shapes and sizes, from the small and intimate dotted around the Old Town to the bouncing ones demanding your attention in the New Town. You can chill on the seafront during the day and then proceed to go a little bit mad along The Strip in the evening.

In the Levante area, iconic bars are designed to include huge screens for the sport, and entertainment stages for the shows taking place day and night. You might go Irish, pop into a bodega, or maybe relax in one of the Dutch or Belgian hostelries you will find among the heavy British contingent.

There seems to be a bar representing every corner of the UK, all with the singular aim of providing their guests with a genuinely warm welcome and a place they can call home for a week or two.
