Benidorm’s New Town is generally classified as the area between Avenida de Europa and Rincón de Loix.

A pretty large patch with scores of bars, from the small and intimate to the big and brash.

It might take you multiple trips to Benidorm to visit them all, so we’ve narrowed the list down to a Top 25 – just to get you started!

25. Broadway Disco Pub – Calle Gerona

Located in the heart of the action, Broadway Disco Pub sits on the corner where The Strip and The Square intersect.

So, as you can imagine, it’s pretty full on especially as the season ramps up towards the summer.

Completely refurbished back in early 2024, the design is fresh and modern with outdoor seating, top DJ’s, top sounds. And the obligatory mechanical bull!

20. Million Dollar Bar – Calle Gerona

A relatively recent addition to The Strip, Million Dollar Bar is loud and proud, especially as darkness closes in and the full neon lights are switched on.

But during the day it’s also a top place for a refreshing drink on their terrace, with the essential big screens available for the sport, of course.

Just down from the Marina Resort Hotel, you couldn’t get more centrally located.

We love the Fountain, part of the Marina Resort complex; this is a stylish, cool rooftop retreat nestling just off of The Strip.

OK, so let’s cut to the chase. We’re talking about Neptune’s Bar from the TV Series, Benidorm.

The pirate-themed Morgan Tavern has always been a popular Benidorm venue but it would be fair to say the TV series did it no harm at all!

You probably get some of the best tribute acts in town appearing on stage from Liam Gallagher to Coldplay and Queen to Take That.

And if the rumoured TV Series is to start filming again, well … Lights, Camera, Action!

3. Tiki Beach – Avenida de Madrid

Like most visitors to Benidorm, we love Tiki Beach.

You’ll get some people thinking it’s a bit too noisy (hello, you’re in Benidorm), too young (we were all young once!) and full of groups (Benidorm is built for groups).

Sitting on the always awesome Levante promenade, nearly always packed, and music always on max, if you want confirmation that you’re abroad, on holiday and having fun.

Head for Tiki Beach!

We have only a few more words to add, ‘Ride ’em Cowboy!’
