Diferens is so…different. For starters, they don’t do paella or pizza – plenty of places in town for that. The breakfast menu is to die for and the Poke Bowls something else.
Open from nine in the morning to midnight they begin to get serious around brunch time with the Sausage and Egg Muffin a favourite.
Hot and cold Raciones come racing in after brunch where you also have a fabulous range of salads and soups plus a delicious choice of meat and fish plates.
As for the dessert selection we will say this only once…
”Dutch-style warm apple pie with cinnamon, raisins and whipped cream.”
