There’s tapas and then there’s Café Mercantil tapas. Made from the heart, you might say. Without doubt our favourite tapas bar in La Vila; a place that does what it says on the tin. On occasion they also get the decks out and play some banging Northern Soul, R&B, Reggae, Funk and Ska. Imagine: a plate of albondigas and una copa de vino tinto while listening to Frank Wilson’s Do I Love You (indeed I do). And Frank, do we love this place. Yes we do!
